ASSURANT™ HT

ASSURANT HT is designed for larger shapes due to required thickness of the heavier fiberglass insulation. Like ASSURANT Type C, Teflon coated heater jackets cover heavier fiberglass insulation with a Velcro-like closure. Higher temperatures require more power than traditional ASSRUANT offers.

As advanced chemistries and applications in semiconductor tools are introduced, the potential for clogged abatement lines increases and becomes more challenging to mitigate. Higher temperatures are required to negate this problem and keep your equipment up and running at peak capacity. Watlow’s new ASSURANT® HT cloth-type heaters offer a highly effective solution for eliminating clogging and fouling of abatement lines. ASSURANT HT provides increased temperature capability up to 350°C, making it the perfect solution for the most demanding applications.
